At Fragrance One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unopened product within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
